Frank Allard is a seasoned photographer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Starting in darkrooms, he has worked in television, theatre, wedding photography, and bar mitzvah celebrations. After weathering the impact of Hurricane Irma in the USVI, Frank relocated to England for 3 years before returning to his home in New York. His extensive portfolio includes documentary work, food network filming, and his true passion - capturing the beauty and significance of weddings and bar mitzvahs.
Franks love of photography started at age 3 when his parents handed him a camera to take a photo of them, he graduated Pratt in 1991 and moved to the USVI aged 30 to Join the Reichold Center with his best friend, here the landscape being what it was, inspired him to seek out other photography styles. His love for the island and the people led him to the local Synagogue, which is one of 5 with sand on its floor, he was asked to take photos for a Bar Mitzvah and here a new love was created.
